CORPORATE & ORGANIZATIONAL PRINT
Full-service mailing, printing & fulfillment under one roof
Full-service mailing services from a certified union mail house — data processing, address hygiene, presort, personalization, letter shop, and nationwide mail entry, with commercial printing and warehousing in the same facility. One vendor, one accountable timeline, and no freight sitting on a dock between two companies that blame each other.

WHY ONE VENDOR
Full-service mailing services, without the handoff

Most commercial direct mail programs fail at a seam, not at a step. The printer finishes late, the mail house waits on freight, the data file arrives in the wrong format, and the in-home date everyone agreed to quietly becomes a range. A union mail house that also owns the presses and the warehouse removes those seams: the job moves between departments instead of between companies, and one organization is accountable for the date.
Done In-House
DIGITAL & OFFSET
Commercial digital and offset production, variable data at volume, signage, and promotional products. Page exceptions supported, so one project can mix paper types without splitting into separate jobs.
Same Facility
CERTIFIED FULL-SERVICE MAILER
Data processing, address validation, move update, presort, inserting and finishing, permit and postal paperwork, and entry into the postal network anywhere in the country.
Under One Roof
Warehouse
FULFILLMENT & RELEASE
Produce once at a better unit cost, store it, and release against your calendar or against orders as they arrive. Standard for enrollment kits, onboarding packets, and seasonal programs.
Print-to-Mail stream.
Work can move from the presses directly into the USPS mail stream rather than being finished, palletized, and trucked to a separate mailer first. Our postal logistics operation is fully electronic and integrated with PostalOne!™ for accurate reporting and clean entry at any USPS BMEU in the network.
DATA & LIST HYGIENE
Your list is processed before anything prints
CASS certification™
Addresses are validated and standardized to postal formatting using software that goes beyond CASS™ certification, from a provider that has led postal and presort software for four decades. Keeps you compliant with current USPS regulations.
Delivery Point Validation™
The next level of address checking: DPV™ confirms an address physically exists, validates both primary and secondary numbers, and identifies whether the point is business, residential, or a PO Box.
NCOALink™ move update
We hold a USPS license to provide move update services. Updating immediately before the drop means you mail to current addresses, and you get reporting back so your own database improves with every job.
Merge / purge
Duplicate records are removed across combined sources, by individual, household, company, or family surname depending on the rules you set. Mail once per recipient unless you meant to mail twice.
Data Processing
File and list conversion, upper and lower casing, Intelligent Mail and 2D barcode application, Mail.dat output for end of process, and list acquisition when you need to source a universe you do not already hold.
Postal presort
PAVE-certified presort sorts your list to USPS standards for every class — First-Class, Periodicals, Marketing Mail, Package Services — and every mail type at all allowable levels, to earn the lowest rate the mailing qualifies for.
Mail tracking
Mail tracking
Tracking codes generated during presort tell you when pieces are reaching homes, so follow-up calls, email, or field activity can be scheduled against actual delivery rather than an estimate.
Automated mail programs
For recurring mail, we build the data workflow and production schedule once and run it on your calendar. Less standing effort from your team, more predictable cost, fewer fire drills each cycle.
PRODUCTION & LETTER SHOP
Personalization, inserting, and finishing at volume
Variable data printing
A scalable RIP architecture keeps presses from waiting on complex jobs. We routinely run projects with tens of thousands of variables, and support page exceptions so one project can carry multiple paper types or thicknesses.
Addressing & personalization
Inkjet addressing with environmentally friendly water-based inks applied directly to self-mailers, envelopes, and matching inserts. Cut-sheet laser printing for letters, statements, and any product needing variable black-and-white copy.
Inserting & matched mailing
High-speed inserting for #10, 6×9, and 9×12 packages, multi-station inserting, and perfect match systems for packages where every insert must belong to the same recipient.
Lettershop services
Label and stamp affixing, live stamp and metering, wafer sealing and tabbing, folding, slitting and nesting, in-line tabbing, and hand work for complex or non-machineable packages.
LOGISTICS & MAIL ENTRY
One permit, nationwide entry, tighter delivery windows
Where mail enters the postal network determines how long it takes to arrive and how predictable that arrival is. Mail Anywhere certification lets us mail your product through any postal facility in the country, and for drop-ship mail we use specialized contractors to ensure uniform entry regardless of destination.

What Mail Anywhere changes for a multi-location organization
- One permit and one centralized account to enter and pay for mailings nationwide
- Your local permit number or company imprint indicia may be used at any location
- No duplicate annual permit fees across sites
- Shift mail between production sites without opening a new permit or changing the indicia
- Maintain a single trust account or one Enterprise Payment System account for the whole program
- Manage one permit instead of reconciling many
Drop-ship entry
Entering mail deeper into the network, closer to the delivery area, shortens transit and narrows a vague delivery week into a predictable window. Specialized contractors handle uniform entry regardless of geography.
UPS Mail Innovations
An additional option for domestic and international small mailed packages, used to cut cost and transit time where standard postal entry is not the best fit for the piece.
PostalOne!™ integration
Our USPS logistics operation is fully electronic and integrated with PostalOne!™, which means accurate reporting and clean entry at any BMEU in the network; no paperwork surprises at the dock.
Union printed, made in USA
Produced and mailed at union-certified facilities in the United States. For organizations with union labor commitments or domestic sourcing requirements, that is a procurement box this vendor checks by default.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Organizations that mail on a schedule, not a one-time project.
Self-serve print ordering works well for a defined product in a defined quantity. It works badly for an organization with brand standards to enforce, multiple locations ordering independently, recurring data-driven mail, and a procurement process. Those programs get scoped rather than purchased.
| ORGANIZATIONS | TYPICAL MAIL PROGRAM |
|---|---|
| Corporations & franchises | Multi-location marketing calendars, branded collateral released to individual sites, seasonal campaigns from held inventory |
| Nonprofits & associations | Membership renewals, appeal and acknowledgement mail, event and conference kits, periodicals |
| Healthcare | Enrollment and plan-year mailings, appointment and reminder programs, provider directories |
| Education | Admissions and yield mail, alumni and advancement appeals, orientation and onboarding kits |
| Financial Services | Statement and notice mail, personalized letters at volume, compliance-sensitive matched packages |
| Government & Public Agencies | Public notice mail, resident and constituent mailings, domestic and union sourcing requirements |
| Unions & labor organizations | Member communications, ratification and meeting notices, union-printed by requirement |
How Engagement Works
1
Questionnaire
You describe volume, cadence, data sources, brand requirements, and who orders. It takes a few minutes and replaces three discovery calls.
2
Specialist consultation
A specialist reviews the intake and comes to the first conversation already knowing your scope, rather than asking you to explain it again.
3
Scope & pilot
Data workflow, templates, postal setup, and — where it applies — a branded ordering portal are built and proven on a pilot run before full rollout.
4
Run the program
Production runs against your calendar. Inventory is held and released as needed. Reporting comes back so your data improves each cycle.
Start with the questionnaire.
It is the fastest path to an accurate scope, and it means the first conversation is about your program rather than about basic facts.
For a single mailing with a defined piece and quantity, the quote form is quicker.
Need Mailing services or a custom print portal?
They usually arrive together. Mailing services cover the production and postal side of a program. A custom print portal covers the ordering side — corporate sets the templates, brand standards, approved products, and spend rules, and individual locations order within them without routing every request through headquarters. Organizations that mail on a schedule and have locations ordering independently generally need both, scoped as one engagement.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions about My Union’s mailing services
Self-serve print ordering works well for a defined product in a defined quantity. It works badly for an organization with brand standards to enforce, multiple locations ordering independently, recurring data-driven mail, and a procurement process. Those programs get scoped rather than purchased.
It takes a job from raw data file to delivered mail without handing it off to a second vendor. That spans list conversion and hygiene, address validation, move update, deduplication, presort, printing, personalization, inserting and finishing, postal paperwork and permit management, and physical entry into the postal network. The practical difference from a printer plus a separate mailer is that nothing sits on a dock while two companies wait on each other.
Both, but recurring programs are where a full-service mailer earns its keep. The data workflow, templates, and postal setup get built once and then run on a schedule instead of being reassembled every cycle. Statement mailings, renewal windows, enrollment periods, and multi-location marketing calendars all behave better as standing programs. Start with the questionnaire so scope is built around your calendar rather than a single drop.
Yes, through a branded ordering portal. Corporate controls templates, brand standards, approved pieces, and spend rules; individual locations order within those rules without every request routing through headquarters. That is a portal build rather than a storefront purchase — see custom print portals — and it starts from the same questionnaire.
In layers, all before anything prints. Addresses are standardized and corrected to postal formatting, validated against delivery point data to confirm they physically exist, checked against national change-of-address records so recent movers are updated, and deduplicated by individual, household, company, or surname depending on your rules. You also get reporting back, so your own database gets better with each job instead of decaying.
Mail Anywhere lets a mailer use one permit at any postal facility in the country rather than holding a separate permit at every entry point. For a multi-location organization that means one permit to manage, one payment account, no duplicate annual permit fees, and the freedom to shift production between sites without opening a new permit or changing the indicia on the mail. It is administrative rather than glamorous, and it removes a genuine ongoing burden.
Yes. Mail can be entered deeper into the postal network, closer to the delivery area, which shortens transit and narrows the delivery window. For anything with a fixed in-home date — an enrollment deadline, an event, a statement cycle — deeper entry is the difference between a predictable arrival window and a vague one. We use specialized drop-ship contractors so entry is uniform regardless of the destination geography.
Yes. Our digital press fleet runs a scalable RIP architecture, so presses are not sitting idle waiting on complex variable data, and we routinely handle projects with tens of thousands of variables. Page exceptions are supported as well, which means a single project can incorporate multiple paper types or thicknesses without being split into separate jobs.
Yes. Alongside high-speed inserting for #10, 6×9, and 9×12 packages, we run perfect match systems for mailings where every insert has to belong to the same recipient — the requirement that usually decides whether a mailer can take a compliance-sensitive job at all. Label and stamp affixing, live stamp and metering, wafer sealing and tabbing, folding and nesting, and hand assembly are all available for packages that cannot be machined.
Yes — warehousing sits in the same facility as printing and mailing. Inventory can be produced once at a better unit cost and released against your calendar or against orders as they arrive. This is the standard structure for enrollment kits, onboarding packets, and seasonal programs with predictable annual volume, and it usually costs less than reprinting small quantities four times a year.
Start with the questionnaire. It captures volume, cadence, data sources, brand requirements, and who in your organization orders — everything a specialist needs to scope the work accurately before the first conversation, which is why that conversation goes faster. If you have a single mailing with a defined piece and quantity already settled, the quote form is the quicker route.
