FAQ

General Ordering

After you check out, your file goes to our prepress team for a technical review — we check resolution, bleed, and trim. If something needs correction, we’ll flag it before the job goes to press. Review the file prep checklist for your product before uploading to avoid delays. If using CANVA please view our export guide.

When you place your order, you are approving your artwork through the designer — submitting your order confirms the file as print-ready. If you need an additional proof for specific elements such as union bug placement or finishing details, add a note in the Special Instructions field in your cart before checking out. For reorders with no file changes, an additional proof is not required and skipping it keeps you on the fastest production path.

Yes, please refer to our Custom Quote Page so that we can contact you personally and offer the best price available for high volume.

If your file fails prepress review, production pauses and the issue is flagged in your account. Your 5-business-day production window starts from artwork approval, not checkout — correcting a file late adds days. Submit a print-ready file and you won’t lose time. The file prep checklist for your product covers the most common issues before you upload.

Rush turnaround is available on a case-by-case basis and additional fees apply. To request rush production, submit a quote request and include your required in-hands date. Rush availability cannot be guaranteed — if your timeline is critical, submit the quote request as early as possible. Standard production is 5 business days from artwork approval for all orders placed directly in the store.

Log in to your account, add your product, size, and quantity to your cart, and you can view the full order total and print a cart summary or invoice directly from the cart before completing checkout. This is the fastest way to get exact pricing and works well if you need internal approval before purchasing.

All orders ship from our production facilities in the United States. Shipping time is in addition to the 5-business-day production window. Exact transit time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. For time-sensitive orders, order early in the week — jobs that clear artwork approval Monday or Tuesday ship faster than jobs approved Thursday or Friday.

Each order in the store is for one design. If you need two different versions, create two separate products for your order. You can add any relevant notes in the Special Instructions field in your cart. Both designs will stay on file in your account for future reorders.

Each campaign should have its own store account so order history and artwork files stay separated by candidate. If you’re a consultant managing print for multiple races, fill out the questionnaire on the marketing site — a specialist can walk you through the right account structure for your program before you start ordering.

Quotes

Please use the quote form – there’s a blue button that says “Create Custom Quote” on every product page.

Quotes are the right path when you need custom options not available in the store. For everything else, ordering directly in the store gives you the fastest turnaround and best pricing. Quote requests typically result in higher per-piece pricing than store pricing and add lead time before production can begin.

Log in to your account, add your product and quantity to your cart, and print a full invoice directly from the cart before completing checkout. This gives you exact pricing without a quote request and is the fastest way to get a number in hand for budget or approval purposes. If you need a formal quote for a specific custom requirement, submit a quote request through the store.

When submitting a quote request, look up your product in our existing product listings to include all the options and specifications for each product. If your requirements go beyond what’s available in the store, use the custom product and include as much information about the product or services you are requesting.

No — our campaign bundles are the most cost-effective way to order multiple products together. Bundles are priced and available in the store without a quote. If you’re building out a full campaign print program, check the bundles page before requesting a quote — you’ll typically get better pricing and faster turnaround ordering from the store directly.

No. A quote is pricing confirmation only. To start the 5-business-day production clock, you need to place the order in the store. If your timeline is tight, note that quote review and approval adds time before production begins — ordering directly from the store with published pricing is always the faster path when standard options meet your needs.

Simply, click the blue button that says “Create Custom Quote” located on every product page of the website.

Once you are on the quote page, the first step is to Log in – this allows you to save progress and track your quote status in your account. Step 2 – give your quote a name. Step 3 – select product type, whether you want to quote an existing product or a custom job (if you don’t see the product you need on the list, select “Custom” here). Step 4 – select the product to quote, choose all options and answer all questions, if possible. Step 5 – Use the Special Instructions field to explain any details about the job. This field is especially important for custom jobs. Step 6 – Add as many products to the quote as needed and hit the “Save and Continue” button to complete the quote or save it for later.

Once you are on the Quote page, select “Custom” for Product Type, then use the special instructions field to explain the job specifics.

If you need something other than what is available on the website, you can use the quote form. We offer custom solutions.

Log in to your account and use the menu in the top right corner of the screen. Select quotes and find the quote by name

All quotes will be saved to your account. You can access them by logging in and going to the quotes in your account.

Yes, please be sure to select the local pick-up option at check-out. We are located in New Bedford, MA, with easy access from 140 and Rt6. Orders can be picked up during business hours. Please call ahead once order is complete to schedule a pick-up time.

Orders ship within 5 business days of artwork approval — not from the date of checkout. Your production clock starts when your file clears prepress review. Orders that clear artwork approval early in the week ship faster than those approved late in the week. If you have a hard in-hands date, factor in both production time and your selected shipping method when placing your order.

All orders over $500 qualify for free shipping.

Union Bugs

The union bug is the official label of the union print trade, indicating your materials were produced by union labor at a union-certified print facility. For political campaigns, candidates, and union-affiliated organizations, the union bug signals to voters and members that your campaign walks the walk on labor. Our team places the union bug on your finished piece — normally in the lower corner, though placement can vary depending on your design.

Yes. The union bug is available on every product we carry.

The union bug is selected per product. Add it on every product you want it on — you can also select no bug on products where it isn’t needed. Our team handles placement on every order.

Our team places the union bug on your finished piece. Placement is normally in the lower corner but can vary based on your design. If you have a placeholder built into your artwork, we will place the bug there.

We will add our certified union bug to your piece and print with our bug. If your design includes a placeholder, we will place ours there.

Yes. Add a proof request in the Special Instructions field in your cart before checking out and our prepress team will confirm placement before production begins.

All orders are produced at union-certified print facilities through our union print partners. The union bug on your materials is backed by that certification on every order.

Artwork/Files

Press-ready PDF is preferred. AI, EPS, and high-res TIFF are also accepted. Screenshots, phone photos of designs, and Word documents are rejected every time — these are screen-resolution files and cannot produce a quality print. Export from your design application as a press-ready PDF before uploading.

300 DPI at final printed size — no exceptions. Files built for screen (72–96 DPI) look sharp on your monitor but print soft, pixelated, or muddy. This is the single most common reason an order gets held. To check in Photoshop go to Image → Image Size and confirm Resolution reads 300 pixels/inch at your printed dimensions.

Bleed means your background and edge design elements extend 0.125 inches beyond the trim edge on all sides. Without bleed, any slight variance in the cutting process leaves white edges on your finished piece. Your background color, images, and any edge-to-edge design must extend fully into the bleed zone — never stop at the trim line. Download the product template before building your file — bleed lines are already marked.

Keep all text, logos, and critical content at least 0.125 inches inside the trim line. Cutting is mechanical and there is always slight variance in where the cut lands. Content within 1/8 inch of the trim may be partially cut off even when everything looks fine in your file. Use the product template — the safe zone is already marked.

CMYK. RGB is the color language of screens and includes colors that printing ink cannot reproduce. When an RGB file is converted to CMYK for press, bright reds, blues, and oranges often shift dramatically. Build and export your file in CMYK color mode before uploading. To check in Illustrator go to File → Document Color Mode.

Logos and images exported as PNG with transparency sometimes carry a faint white or gray halo around edges — particularly on dark backgrounds. The halo is invisible on screen but shows up in print. Use flat-background files without transparency where possible, or ensure your PNG has a clean feather-free transparent edge. PDF or EPS is preferred for logos.

Yes. If your file contains live text using fonts not available in our system, those fonts are substituted automatically. Your layout reflows — words may disappear, change size, or overlap other elements. In Illustrator select all text and go to Type → Create Outlines before export. In PDF export settings check Embed All Fonts.

Your order will be held. A file built smaller than the product ordered would have to be scaled up — producing a blurry, distorted result. Set your document to the exact product dimensions before you start designing. Check the product spec on the order page for correct dimensions including bleed.

Your order is flagged and held. Our prepress team contacts you for a corrected file, and the production clock restarts from zero. Each correction round typically adds 24–48 hours. Your deadline moves. One in five orders is delayed by file issues — all of them preventable. Review the full delay checklist on the What Delays Your Order page before uploading.

Do not submit and hope — a bad file restarts your production clock and moves your deadline. Review the pre-upload checklist on the What Delays Your Order page and confirm all eight items before submitting. If you still have questions about your file, submit a quote request before placing your order.

Templates are available for download on every product page in the store. Each template includes correct dimensions, bleed lines, trim marks, and safe zone guides already set up. Download the template before building your artwork — do not design first and try to fit a template afterward.

Yes. Your artwork file stays on file in your account after every order. When you reorder, your file is attached automatically — no re-uploading needed.

Yes. When reordering you can upload a new file in place of the original. If your updated file includes changes to elements such as union bug placement or finishing details, add a note in the Special Instructions field in your cart and request a proof before production begins.

Design Services

Yes. Design services are available on every product as well as full project design services for campaigns that need multiple pieces built together. If you need design help on a single product, select Hire a Designer on the product page. For full project or multi-product design services, submit a quote request.

If your artwork isn’t ready, select Hire a Designer on the product page to get started. You can also submit a quote request if you need full project design services or want to discuss scope before committing. Place your order once your file is approved and ready — your 5-business-day production window starts from artwork approval.

Once an order is placed and moves into prepress review, changes to your artwork may not be possible without delaying production. If you need to make a change immediately after placing your order, reply to your order confirmation email as quickly as possible. The sooner you flag it, the better the chance of catching it before production begins.

Download templates are available on each product page in the store for sizing, bleed, and die-cut placement guidance. These are production templates — they ensure your artwork is built to the correct specs. If you need design assistance beyond file setup, select Hire a Designer on the product page or submit a quote request.

Door Hangers

Campaign door hangers come in three standard sizes: 4×9 for the traditional door knob hanger format, 4×11 for more space on candidate photo and endorsements, and 4.25×14 for the maximum panel size. All three include the die-cut door slot — single or double sided — so the piece hangs correctly on any standard door knob.

Your candidate’s name, race, and a clear ask — whether that’s a vote, an early voting date, or an Election Day reminder. Strong door hangers include a candidate photo, two to three key points, and a QR code or website. For GOTV drops, lead with the polling date and location. For early voting pushes, include the exact dates and a link to your state’s voter information portal. Keep it scannable — the voter sees it in passing.

Yes. Double-sided political door hangers let you run your main message on the front and your endorsements, issues list, or early voting information on the back. Available on all three sizes at checkout — no separate SKU, no minimum for double-sided printing.

Yes. The union bug is available on every door hanger order — no surcharge, no minimum. It appears in the lower corner of your print. If your artwork is already designed, we add it at checkout. No competitor in the door hanger market consistently offers union printing with the bug on every order — this is our primary differentiator.

All campaign door hangers are printed on 100# cover stock — available in gloss or matte finish. Gloss holds color for photo-heavy designs. Matte reads more professional for text-heavy messaging. Both finishes hold up to the handling a canvassing shift demands — tucked in a bag, passed between volunteers, and pulled through door slots dozens of times a day.

Door hangers work well for absentee ballot and early voting reminders because they stay at the door with a clear, visible message — unlike palm cards, which often get set down and forgotten. Include the application deadline, drop-off locations, and a QR code linking to your state’s voter portal. The 4×11 and 4.25×14 sizes give you enough space to present all that information clearly without crowding.

Plan one door hanger per targeted household in your walk universe, plus 10–15% overage for re-walks, missed doors, and last-week GOTV drops. For 2,500 targeted households, order 2,750–3,000. For 10,000 households, order 11,000–12,000. Size to your field program, not your voter file — every unwalked door hanger is budget wasted.

Door hangers require a volunteer to bring the piece to the door — more targeted, more labor-intensive. Direct mail reaches every household in a zip code or CRIS file passively. Door hangers typically have higher read rates because the voter has to physically remove them to get inside. If you have the volunteer capacity to walk a targeted list, door hangers are one of the highest-ROI leave-behind formats in any campaign’s field program.

For the 2026 cycle, plan your first campaign door hanger run three to four weeks before your early voting window opens. Production is 5 business days from artwork approval, plus shipping time to your location. Your GOTV run should be in hand at least 10 days before Election Day. Order early — production slots fill as the cycle heats up and competing campaigns are placing orders at the same time.

Election Day door hangers are among the most targeted GOTV formats available. A final-weekend drop focused on one message — your polling location, hours, and a single clear ask — consistently outperforms broader mail in high-propensity precincts. Keep the design simple: candidate name, polling location, date, and a QR code to the voter lookup tool. The voter should be able to read the entire piece in five seconds.

Primary election door hangers are especially cost-effective because primary electorates are small and highly targeted. A focused drop to your highest-propensity primary voters — with early voting dates and a clear ask — can move the needle in a low-turnout primary where every door matters. The 4×9 at 500–1,000 pieces is the right scale for most competitive primaries at the state house or city council level.

The last week is where door hangers earn their place on the campaign budget. A final-week drop focused on GOTV, early voting deadlines, or Election Day logistics is the highest-value use of the format. To have them in hand for a final-weekend walk, order no later than 10 days before you need them — production is 5 business days, plus shipping. If you’re planning two drops, order both runs at the same time to avoid a second production cycle under deadline pressure.

Yes — targeted precinct drops are where door hangers are most cost-effective. Rather than blanketing a district, focus on high-propensity precincts where a nudge moves votes. Your field director can pull targeted walk lists to size the order precisely. At $0.45 each for the 4×9 at 1,000 pieces, a tightly targeted precinct drop is one of the best values in campaign print.

Early voting door hangers are one of the highest-ROI campaign print formats for 2026. Include the early voting window dates, your county clerk’s website or a QR code to the state voter portal, and one clear ask. Most campaigns run a separate early voting hanger 10–14 days before early voting opens and a second GOTV hanger the final weekend — order both runs at once to avoid a second production cycle.

Print-ready PDF is preferred. High-resolution JPG (300 dpi minimum, full bleed) is also accepted. Download the door hanger template from the store before you build your artwork — the die-cut slot must match the template exactly or the finished piece won’t hang correctly on a standard door knob. See the Campaign Print Guide for full artwork specifications across all products.

Orders start at 250 pieces. Pricing drops significantly at scale — the 4×9 goes from $1.56 each at 250 to $0.45 each at 1,000 to $0.13 each at 10,000. For orders above 10,000, use the quote form in the store for volume pricing.

Yes — your artwork stays on file in your account. Log in, go to My Account → Orders, click Reorder Design on any past order, adjust quantity if needed, and check out. Ships within 5 business days. See the campaign reorder guide for the full walkthrough.

Yes — political consultants managing multiple races get a separate account for each campaign with its own order history, artwork files, and compliance-ready records. Each account tracks independently so you can reorder door hangers for any race without mixing up materials across clients. See our campaign printing for political consultants page or take the questionnaire to connect with a specialist.

Lapel Stickers

The 3″ circle is the campaign standard for lapel stickers. It’s readable from across a room, right-sized for a supporter’s chest or a volunteer’s jacket, and large enough for your candidate name and campaign logo to be immediately recognizable. Use 2.25″ for budget-conscious high-volume runs where you need maximum quantity. Use 2×3″ rectangle when your candidate name is long or you need bilingual text.

Campaign lapel stickers in the 3″ circle start at $0.44 each at 500 stickers and drop to $0.08 each at 5,000 stickers. At 5,000 stickers your total is $417 — one of the best budget stretchers in campaign printing. The 2.25″ circle drops to $0.06 each at 5,000 ($295 total). Volume pricing applies automatically in the store.

Yes — and most campaigns that start by searching for campaign buttons end up ordering lapel stickers instead. Stickers are faster to produce, cheaper per unit, and easier to distribute at scale than buttons. No pins, no assembly, no risk of damaging clothing. At 5,000 stickers for under $420, they are the most budget-friendly visibility tool available for campaigns at any level.

Yes — union printed lapel stickers are especially effective at union halls, endorsement events, and labor council meetings. Supporters wear them throughout the event, creating visible solidarity. The union bug on every sticker signals shared values to union households and satisfies endorsement requirements from labor organizations.

Candidate name, office, and one clear visual — campaign logo or a bold message. Keep it simple. At 3 inches, every word competes for space. The most effective lapel stickers have high-contrast colors, readable text at arm’s length, and the union bug on the front. Avoid cramming policy positions or endorsement lists onto a sticker — save that for your campaign palm cards.

Include lapel stickers in your launch bundle — you’ll need them from day one for volunteer identification and early events. Plan to reorder before every major event, canvass kickoff, and the final Election Day push. All stickers ship within 5 business days, so build your order timeline around your event calendar. See the campaign print calendar for production deadlines.

We recommend a High Quality Print PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. Round stickers need artwork built to the die-cut circle template — download it in the store before you start your design. We also accept AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG files. All fonts must be outlined or embedded. Bad art files are the #1 cause of delayed orders.

The minimum order is 500 stickers. In practice, 1,000+ is the minimum useful quantity for most campaigns — a single event can burn through 500 stickers easily. The per-unit cost drops dramatically at higher quantities, so ordering your full estimated need upfront is almost always the right call.

Yes — your artwork stays on file in your account. Log in, go to My Account → Orders, click Reorder Design on any past order, adjust quantity if needed, and check out. Ships within 5 business days. Lapel stickers are the most-reordered product for many campaigns. See the campaign reorder guide for the full walkthrough.

Campaign lapel stickers use a pressure-sensitive adhesive that peels cleanly from most fabrics. They are designed to be worn for the duration of an event — a few hours — and removed without damage or residue. For delicate fabrics, supporters can stick the sticker to a lanyard or name tag holder instead.

Custom die-cut shapes are available through the quote form in the store. Submit your design with the desired shape outlined and a specialist will confirm pricing and production timeline. Standard shapes (2.25″ circle, 3″ circle, 2×3″ rectangle) are available for immediate ordering with volume pricing.

Yes — political consultants managing multiple races get a separate account for each campaign with its own order history, artwork files, and compliance-ready records. Each account tracks independently so you can reorder push cards for any race without mixing up materials across clients. See our campaign printing for political consultants page or take the questionnaire to connect with a specialist.

Yes — if your campaign operates across multiple field offices or event staging locations, we can ship to multiple addresses on a single order. Request this through the quote form in the store and note your delivery locations.

Rush production is available for tight deadlines. Fill out the quote form in the store with your quantity, size, and required delivery date — a specialist will confirm turnaround and pricing. For reorders, your artwork is already on file, so the process is even faster.

Palm Cards

Order campaign palm cards at 120% of your targeted voter universe. A 10,000-voter race needs roughly 12,000 cards — one per voter contact, plus extras for volunteers and events. Most campaigns reorder 2–3 times per cycle. Always build in a 20% buffer heading into the final GOTV push.

Campaign palm cards in the standard 4.25×6 size start at $0.69 each at 250 cards and drop to $0.07 each at 10,000 cards. At 5,000 cards the cost is $412 — less than a nickel per voter contact card. For a 10,000-voter race, your full palm card program runs around $707. See exact pricing in the store →

The 4.25×6 is the campaign standard — right-sized for canvassing, events, and voter contact. Use 4×9 for a slim card that fits a #10 envelope. Use 3.5×8.5 or 4.25×11 when you have more content — endorsements, bilingual copy, or detailed policy. Use 6×9 for maximum visual presence. The 3×5 is the budget option for high-volume distribution.

Most campaigns use both. Campaign palm cards go to voters you talk to at the door. Campaign door hangers are your leave-behind when nobody answers. Order palm cards at 120% of your universe, door hangers at 50–60%. For a 10,000-voter race: 12,000 palm cards + 6,000 door hangers is the standard program.

Palm cards, push cards, and walk cards are different names for the same product — a printed card handed to voters during canvassing and at campaign events. The term varies by region: campaign managers in the northeast typically say “palm cards,” many consultants say “push cards,” and field organizers often say “walk cards.” All are printed on the same 100# gloss cover stock and available in the same six sizes.

The union bug is an optional selection on every palm card product — choose GCIU/Teamsters, Allied, Both, or None. Palm cards are handed directly to voters, so the union bug is visible in every voter interaction. Most union endorsing organizations require it on all printed materials.

Front: candidate photo, name, office you’re running for, and one clear message — keep it scannable. Voters spend 5–10 seconds on a palm card. Back: endorsements, 3–4 key policy positions, election date, and how to vote (including early voting and absentee options). The union bug goes on the back. If you’re running a bilingual campaign, the 3.5×8.5 or 4.25×11 sizes give you room for both languages.

Include campaign palm cards in your launch bundle and plan to reorder at least twice — once as your canvass ramps up and again as your field program hits full speed. Never let your canvass team run out of materials. See the campaign print calendar for production deadlines tied to your election date.

We recommend a High Quality Print PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode — that’s the standard for sharp campaign palm card printing. We also accept AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG files. All fonts must be outlined or embedded. Provide separate front and back files clearly labeled. Bad art files are the #1 cause of delayed orders — use the file prep checklist before you upload.

The minimum order is 250 cards. In practice, 5,000 is the minimum useful quantity for most campaigns — the per-unit cost drops dramatically at higher quantities. Ordering your full estimated universe upfront is almost always the right call. Standard storefront tiers: 250 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 15,000 / 20,000 / 25,000 / 30,000.

Palm cards and door hangers are different sizes and formats — the same artwork file won’t transfer directly. However, if your campaign design is built in a flexible layout, your designer can adapt the core artwork for each format. Download the templates for both products in the store to set up your files correctly from the start.

Yes — your artwork stays on file in your account. Log in, go to My Account → Orders, click Reorder Design on any past order, adjust quantity if needed, and check out. Ships within 5 business days. Most campaigns underestimate palm card consumption during the final push — build in a buffer. See the campaign reorder guide for the full walkthrough.

Rush production is available on most palm card orders. Fill out the quote form in the store with your quantity, size, and deadline — a specialist will confirm turnaround and pricing before your order is placed.

Yes — if your campaign operates across multiple field offices or canvass staging locations, we can ship to multiple addresses on a single order. Request this through the quote form in the store and note your delivery locations.

Proofs are available when you request a quote in the store. Standard orders approve their file on the site, removing the need for a drawn-out proofing process — it’s the preferred method and the fastest path to production.

The standard uses 100# gloss cover stock — premium weight, durable through a full canvassing season. If your campaign needs a different material for a specific application, request a quote in the store and a specialist will advise on what’s available.

The standard offers six sizes — 3×5, 4.25×6, 3.5×8.5, 4×9, 4.25×11, and 6×9 — with CMYK digital printing. For custom sizes, die-cut shapes, and PMS/Pantone color matching, request a quote in the store. Pantone matching is especially useful for campaigns with strict brand color standards or union logo requirements.

Yard Signs

For a city council race with 5,000–15,000 voters, plan on 150–300 political yard signs. Start with supporter lawns in your highest-turnout precincts, then push into main corridors. Order 18×24 for lawns and 24×36 for intersections. A typical investment for this race level is $750–$1,350.

Pricing depends on size and quantity. Campaign yard signs in the standard 18×24 size range from $14.50 each at 10 signs down to $4.00 each at 500 signs. The 24×36 intersection size ranges from $38.00 each at 10 down to $8.00 each at 500. Volume pricing applies automatically — see the full pricing cards above.

Order your first run 8–10 weeks before your campaign launch. For a November election, that means having your yard signs ordered by late summer at the latest. All signs ship within 5 business days from checkout. See the campaign print calendar for all order windows and deadlines tied to your election date.

If your campaign has or expects a union endorsement, the bug is typically required on all printed materials. The union bug is an optional selection on every yard sign product — choose GCIU/Teamsters, Allied, Both, or None during product options. Don’t order from a non-union printer and reprint later. Learn more about why campaigns use union printing.

All yard signs ship within 5 business days from checkout. Upload print-ready files in the store and your order goes into production immediately. Rush production is available for tight deadlines — fill out the quote form in the store and note your required delivery date.

The 18×24 is the standard for residential lawns and most placements. For high-traffic intersections where drivers need to read your name from a distance, go with 24×36. Most campaigns mix both sizes for full coverage. Need custom yard sign sizes, shapes, or poly bag signs? Request a quote through the store.

They serve different purposes and most campaigns order both. Political yard signs are your sustained, 24/7 outdoor presence — they sit in supporter lawns and intersections building name recognition for weeks. Political rally signs are event-specific — handheld signs printed on opaque stock for rallies, debates, and polling places on Election Day. Order yard signs first for sustained coverage, then rally signs closer to your events.

We recommend a High Quality Print PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode — that’s the standard for sharp political yard sign printing. We also accept AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG files. Bad art files are the #1 cause of delayed orders — use the file prep checklist before you upload.

H-stakes are $1.25 each and selected during product options. 24×36 yard signs require two stakes per sign ($2.50/sign). H-stakes are not available for 48×48 and 48×96 sizes. If you need more or fewer stakes than your sign quantity, request through the quote form in the store.

Yes — your artwork stays on file in your account. Log in, go to My Account → Orders, click Reorder Design on any past order, adjust quantity if needed, and check out. Ships within 5 business days. Most campaigns reorder yard signs at least once. See the campaign reorder guide for the full walkthrough.

Minimum order is 10 signs for all standard sizes. Volume pricing drops significantly at 50, 100, 200, and 500 signs — most campaigns see real savings once they get above 50. See all union printed yard sign pricing in the size cards above.

Campaign yard signs are built on 4mm corrugated polypropylene — the industry standard for outdoor political signage. The material is weather-resistant and lightweight, and we print with UV-stable inks that hold vivid color through a full campaign season. Signs are reusable if stored properly between cycles.

Rush production is available for tight deadlines. Fill out the quote form in the store and note your required delivery date — we’ll confirm turnaround and pricing for your order. For reorders, your artwork is already on file, so the process is even faster.

Bumper Stickers

Order political bumper stickers at 1×–3× your yard sign quantity — the ratio slides down as your yard sign order grows. A local race with 150 yard signs should plan 300–450 bumper stickers. A state legislative race with 600 yard signs plans 600–1,000. At under $0.60 each at volume, bumper stickers are one of the best exposure-per-dollar investments in campaign printing — every supporter’s vehicle carries your name across the district on every commute. Hand them out at events, canvass stops, and volunteer shifts. They’re cheap enough to give away freely.

No. Campaign bumper stickers use ultra-removable adhesive that peels off cleanly with no paint damage and no residue. Safe for all vehicle finishes — including clear coat, matte paint, and vinyl wraps. Supporters are far more likely to put a sticker on their vehicle when they know it comes off cleanly after Election Day. This is one of the questions we hear most often from first-time buyers — the answer is always the same: no damage, no mess.

Political bumper stickers printed on PVC vinyl with UV-resistant inks hold vivid color through a full campaign season — typically 6–12 months of outdoor exposure on a vehicle. Colors won’t fade, chalk, or peel from sun or rain exposure during a standard campaign cycle. For multi-year placements or extended outdoor signage, request a quote for laminated or extended-life vinyl options.

The 3.75×11 is the most-ordered campaign bumper sticker size — maximum visibility readable in traffic, with more horizontal room for your candidate name and campaign message. The 4×9 is the compact option that fits any bumper without overhanging, and works well on non-vehicle surfaces like water bottles, toolboxes, hard hats, and windows. If your primary goal is traffic visibility, go with 3.75×11. If you’re distributing to volunteers and supporters for multi-surface use, the 4×9 is more versatile.

Yes. Campaign bumper stickers work on any smooth non-porous surface — windows, water bottles, laptops, toolboxes, coolers, hard hats, union halls, and campaign offices. The ultra-removable adhesive peels cleanly from all surfaces. The 4×9 is the more practical format for multi-surface distribution because it fits comfortably on smaller items.

Yard signs are stationary — they build name recognition on lawns and at key intersections in specific neighborhoods. Bumper stickers are mobile — they carry your name across the entire district on every supporter’s daily commute, errand, and school run. Most campaigns order both. The right balance is 1×–3× bumper stickers for every yard sign, with the ratio sliding toward 1× as your yard sign order grows. Together they cover stationary and mobile visibility across the full district — a yard sign signals support in a neighborhood, a bumper sticker signals it everywhere the supporter goes.

We recommend a High Quality Print PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode — that’s the standard for sharp campaign bumper sticker printing. We also accept AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG files. All fonts must be outlined or embedded. Download the bumper sticker template for your size before you build — it ensures correct bleed and dimensions. Bad art files are the #1 cause of delayed orders; use the template from the start.

The minimum order is 125 stickers. Volume pricing drops at 250, 500, and 1,000. For most campaigns, 500–1,000 stickers is the minimum useful quantity — the per-unit cost drops significantly and you’ll have enough to distribute freely at events, canvass stops, and volunteer shifts without running short before Election Day.

Yes — your artwork stays on file in your account. Log in, go to My Account → Orders, click Reorder Design on any past order, adjust quantity if needed, and check out. Ships within 5 business days. Most campaigns underestimate bumper sticker consumption during the final push — build in a buffer when you place your first order. See the campaign reorder guide for the full walkthrough.

Yes. Campaign bumper stickers are printed on PVC vinyl with UV-resistant inks and are fully weatherproof — rain, sun, snow, and temperature swings won’t cause peeling, fading, or adhesive failure through a full campaign season. For a standard election cycle lasting 6–12 months, the vinyl and inks hold up without any degradation under normal outdoor conditions on a vehicle.

Rush production is available on most bumper sticker orders. Fill out the quote form in the store with your quantity, size, and deadline — a specialist will confirm turnaround and pricing before your order is placed. Rush orders that bypass standard production scheduling may incur additional costs depending on timeline and quantity.

Standard orders ship in the 3.75×11 or 4×9 rectangle format. Custom die-cut shapes — ovals, circles, or campaign-specific outlines — are available through the quote form in the store. Custom shapes are especially useful for campaigns with distinctive logos or state-outline designs. Request a quote with your artwork and intended dimensions.

Yes. If your campaign operates across multiple field offices or canvass staging locations, we can ship to multiple addresses on a single order. Request this through the quote form in the store and note your delivery locations. Useful for coordinated campaigns distributing bumper sticker kits to county-level field operations.

Rally Signs

Political rally signs are printed full-color on 100# or 120# opaque stock — a heavy, bright-white paper stock that produces vivid colors and sharp text. This is not corrugated plastic. Every rally sign is printed with the same image on both sides — no single-sided option. Rally signs are designed for handheld use at events, indoor display in storefronts and union halls, and polling place visibility. They lay flat and display cleanly in any indoor setting.

Campaign rally signs are handheld signs printed on opaque stock for events, debates, and polling places. Political yard signs are printed on corrugated plastic and mounted on H-stakes for outdoor residential display. The two products serve different roles — rally signs are event-driven and temporary, yard signs provide sustained neighborhood visibility. If your rally sign artwork is 18×24, the same file works directly for yard signs.

Election day signs come in five sizes: 11×17, 12×18 (most popular), 14×22, 18×24, and 22×28. The 12×18 is the standard for rallies and poll locations — visible from a distance, easy to hold all day. The 18×24 gives maximum visibility and shares artwork dimensions with standard yard signs. The 22×28 is reserved for major events, convention floors, and campaign headquarters displays.

Yes — rally signs can be taped in windows, hung in storefronts and union halls, affixed to foam board or display stands, or placed on easels at campaign headquarters. Printed on 100# or 120# opaque stock, they lay flat and display cleanly in any indoor setting. They are not designed for outdoor staking — if you need signs on stakes outdoors, order political yard signs.

Political rally signs start at $1.99 per sign for the 11×17 and 12×18 sizes at 100 quantity. Volume pricing drops significantly — at 5,000 signs, pricing drops to $0.43 per sign for those sizes. Larger sizes (14×22, 18×24, 22×28) start higher but follow the same volume curve. All sizes are union-made and ship within 5 business days from checkout.

Yes — if your rally sign artwork is 18×24, the same print-ready file works directly for political yard signs. This is useful for campaigns that want matching handheld signs for events and staked signs for lawns and intersections. Upload once, order both products from the same file.

Order campaign rally signs at least 2 weeks before Election Day to allow for production and shipping. All rally signs ship within 5 business days from checkout, so you have flexibility — but don’t wait until the final week. For reorders, your artwork stays on file. Log in, click Reorder Design, and check out in minutes. See the campaign print calendar for production deadlines tied to your election date.

The union bug is an optional selection on every rally sign product. Union-made rally signs with the bug signal to labor councils, endorsing organizations, and union households that your materials were produced at an authorized union print shop. Many campaigns seeking labor endorsements include the union bug on all printed materials — rally signs, yard signs, palm cards, and door hangers.

Election day signs at polling places are the last visual touchpoint before voters enter. Volunteers hold rally signs with candidate names and messages at the designated distance from polling entrances — creating a final impression that reinforces name recognition built over months of campaigning. The 12×18 size is the standard for poll location visibility. Plan 200+ signs distributed across all polling locations in your district for full coverage.

Rally signs, placards, and picket signs are different names for the same product — handheld printed signs used at events, rallies, demonstrations, marches, and campaign activities. The term varies by region and context: labor unions and advocacy groups often say “placards,” campaigns say “rally signs,” and protest organizers say “picket signs.” All are printed on the same 100# or 120# opaque stock, available in the same five sizes, and ship within 5 business days.
